Terms of Service - Better Events

1. Acceptance

By using Better Events, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Better Events is an event management application for Whop communities. It allows creators to create events, manage RSVPs, send reminders via push notification and optionally email (when Gmail is connected), and manage event content.

3. Gmail Connection

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf for event-related notifications. You may disconnect at any time. Your use of Gmail is subject to Google's terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Better Events only for lawful purposes. You will not use the service to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws. Event content and communications remain your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

Better Events is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
